I am passionate about serving women through their childbearing year. I became a birth doula because I believe childbirth can be peaceful, empowering and that every woman should feel satisfied with her birth experience. I understand that birth is a healthy and natural physiological process, which our bodies were made to do.

My role as your doula is to provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support throughout your childbearing year. To provide comfort measures, understand your birth preferences and help you advocate for yourself in labor. To provide you with evidence-based information, and non-judgmental support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum. I hope to provide the support you need to achieve your goals and am so honored to be present at the birth of your baby.

I am a DONA certified Birth Doula with eight years of experience supporting women in childbirth and postpartum. I am a wife and mother of three kids living in White Bear Lake. I provide birth doula services in and out of hospital in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin.
